He is the founder of the company. A public management graduate from University of Sri Jayewardenepura and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Sri Lanka.He is also the Chairman of Magni Consultants (Pvt) Ltd and Proprietor of H.M. Karunarathna and Chartered Accountants.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Sri Jayewardenepura and acts as an Executive Director of the company.
